高溫合金是指以鐵、鎳、鈷為基，能在600℃以上的高溫及一定應(yīng)力作用下長期工作的一類金屬材料，具有優(yōu)異的高溫強(qiáng)度，良好的抗氧化和抗熱腐蝕性能，良好的疲勞性能、斷裂韌性等綜合性能，又被稱為“超合金”，主要應(yīng)用于航空航天領(lǐng)域和能源領(lǐng)域。適合制造航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃燒室和導(dǎo)向葉片，也可制造高溫抗氧化性能的高溫零部件。我們的高溫合金帶主要材質(zhì)有GH4169、GH5188、GH5605、GH738、GH718等。
